   - Sellers will receive payouts for completed orders according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

6. **Intellectual Property**

   - GigaInnovation may take appropriate action, including removing listings or suspending accounts, in response to valid intellectual property infringement claims.

7. **Prohibited Activities**

   - Sellers must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities on the GigaInnovation platform.

   - Prohibited activities include but are not limited to the sale of counterfeit products, unauthorized reselling, manipulating sales data, or engaging in unfair competition practices.

8. **Termination**

   - GigaInnovation reserves the right to terminate or suspend seller accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

   - Sellers may also terminate their accounts by following the designated process outlined in the platform.

9. **Disclaimer of Liability**

   - GigaInnovation does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on its platform.

   - Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products they sell on GigaInnovation.

10. **Modification of Terms and Conditions**

    - GigaInnovation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. **Governing Law**
