1. **Product Listings and Descriptions**

   - Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed descriptions of their products.

   - All product listings must include relevant information such as ingredients, sizes, specifications, and any applicable certifications or warranties.

   - The use of misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.

2. **Product Quality and Authenticity**

   - Sellers are expected to offer genuine, high-quality products that meet industry standards and regulations.

   - Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited.

   - Sellers must ensure that the products they offer for sale are safe, properly labeled, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

3. **Order Fulfillment**

   - Sellers are responsible for timely order processing, packaging, and shipping.

   - Accurate tracking information should be provided for each order to enable transparent communication with customers.

   - In case of any delays or issues with order fulfillment, sellers must promptly notify both GigaInnovation and the affected customers.

4. **Customer Service**

   - Sellers are expected to provide excellent customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns from customers.

   - Timely and professional communication is crucial in resolving customer issues.

   - Any disputes or conflicts with customers should be handled respectfully and fairly.

5. **Pricing and Payments**

   - Sellers have the freedom to set their own prices for their products.

   - GigaInnovation will facilitate secure online transactions and handle payments on behalf of sellers.

   - Sellers will receive payouts according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

6. **Prohibited Items**

   - Sellers must not list or sell any illegal, prohibited, or restricted items as defined by applicable laws and regulations.

   - This includes but is not limited to counterfeit products, drugs, weapons, stolen goods, and explicit or offensive materials.

7. **Intellectual Property Rights**

   - Sellers must respect intellectual property rights and ensure their products do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or patents of others.

   - Any claims of intellectual property infringement will be taken seriously and may result in the suspension or termination of selling privileges.

Please note that GigaInnovation reserves the right to modify or update this Seller Policy at any time. It is your responsibility as a seller to review and comply with the most recent version of the policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in penalties, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of your seller account on GigaInnovation.
